I've spent the last 15 years in operations, first in corporate roles where I built processes, led cross-functional teams, and designed training programs, and then as an independent consultant working with owners who don't have a corporate budget behind them.

What I learned along the way is that most businesses don't have a people problem or an effort problem. They have a systems problem. The knowledge lives in a few heads, decisions bottleneck at the owner, and every new hire adds a little more chaos. That's fixable.

My work is pretty straightforward. I help you get clear on where you're going (strategy and goals), write down how the work actually gets done (processes and SOPs), and make sure your team and your tools keep running that way after I step back. I'm a certified OASYS implementer, and I lean on simple, budget-friendly tools wherever I can. You don't need an enterprise tech stack to run a well-organized business.
